Fun and Friendly Fitness for Over 50’s​

Through a weekly timetable of low-impact sport and physical activity, Active 50 offers a range of free and low-cost sessions that are led by our friendly coaching and volunteer team. From football and pickleball to walking groups and yoga, there is something for every ability and interest.

Monday

10am – 12pm: Walking Cricket

11am – 12pm: Walking Group

12pm – 1pm: Keep Fit & Tone

 

Tuesday

11am – 12pm: Pilates

2.30pm – 3.30pm: Running Football

 

Wednesday

11.30am – 12.45pm: Pickleball

 

Thursday

11am – 12pm: Low Impact Circuits

12pm – 1pm: Yoga

 

Friday

10am – 11am: Zumba

11am – 12pm: Walking Football

2pm – 3pm: Pickleball
