Little Athletes offers weekly sports and physical opportunities to parents, carers and children. At our sessions, parents and carers are able to socialise and access guidance from services that specialise in supporting families.
Our fun sessions provide activities that are enjoyable and accessible whilst also supporting children to improve their physical well-being, and motor and coordination skills.
We utilise a range of activities to keep little ones engaged, from bicycles and balancing pads, to parachutes and racket games. There is a key focus on games where children work together, and we actively encourage parents and carers to also take part in these for maximum benefit.
